The Strategic Plan sets out the means by which the Centre aims to take forward work under the three themes of Labour Market Mobility, Education and Skills, and Building the Capacity of Civil Society – and how we are going to do it.

All of this is centred around the Centre’s Vision for change, building towards a point where cooperation across borders and boundaries is embedded on these islands.
