Response to the Department for the Economy “Good Jobs” Employment Rights Bill

Annmarie O’Kane (Border People Project Manager) and Aidan Campbell (Research Programme Development Manager) have responded to the Department for the Economy “Good Jobs” Employment Rights Bill consultation on the cross-border labour market and frontier workers. The response covers:

• Recognition of cross-border workers
• Workers’ rights
• Information need for cross-border workers and their employers
• Representation of frontier workers on issues
• Remote and flexible working, and
• Border proofing.
