Re-imagining the island economy in the aftermath of Brexit and Covid-19

This paper has been adapted by Michael D’Arcy from his transcript of the 2020 Sir George Quigley Annual Memorial Lecture.

The paper focuses on the continuing relevance of Sir George Quigley’s vision for an island economy in the aftermath of Brexit and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although given close to a year ago, the points discussed still continue to bear relevance to matter today.
