The fourth Briefing Paper in our “Brexit and the Border” series is now out. It questions the extent to which the negotiations over the UK’s withdrawal from the EU have been able to accommodate all of the dimensions encompassed by the 1998 Belfast/Good Friday Agreement, and suggests that approaches to the negotiations have been flawed from the outset due to the 1998 Agreement being seen as one among a number of separate issues.
