Author Dr Anthony Soares, the Centre’s Director, says: “Often, over the years, in our engagements with other organisations we have reminded people that this process is akin to a marathon and not a sprint.
“However, although it requires the stamina and patience of a marathon, just like a marathon, this process sometimes also requires a dash of energy to react to circumstances.”
