New childcare paper

Juliane O’Hare, a third-year Ulster University student studying Health and Social Care Policy, has published a childcare paper in time for pupils returning to, or starting, school.

Her research is on the comparative analysis of government approaches to childcare assistance in Ireland and Northern Ireland, their impact on cross-border cooperation, and the implications for access to childcare.

Juliane completed a six-week placement at the Centre for Cross Border Cooperation earlier this year.
