Invitation to Tender for Research on S2@25 Project

The Centre wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake research and produce an interim report and final report as part of its project, S2@25: How the Strand 2 implementation bodies can collectively contribute to addressing the administrations’ shared priorities.
Interested contractors are invited to submit responses to this tender by 5pm on 7 February 2025.
The S2@25 project is a twenty-four month cross-border project supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB), and is being delivered by CCBC (Lead Partner), Atlantic Technological University (Partner) and the North South Implementation Bodies (NSIBs, Associated Partners) established under Strand 2 of the Belfast/Good Friday Agreement.
The purpose of the work to be undertaken by the successful contractor is to:
a) Identify commonalities between the priorities and relevant strategies of the two administrations on the island of Ireland;
b) Identify complementarities between implementation bodies’ strategies and work programmes; and
c) Highlight how the implementation bodies can collectively contribute to addressing the administrations’ shared priorities.
The maximum available budget for this work is €25,000/£21,000 (inclusive of VAT and expenses incurred), with the work expected to commence in February 2025 (with the delivery by CCBC of supporting documentation to the contractor and a project initiation meeting) and to be completed by 30 June 2025. The contractor is asked to provide a fixed costing (inclusive of VAT).
