Training session for the Irish Central Border Area Network

Senior Research Associate Niall O’Donnellan and Research Programme Development Manager Aidan Campbell have delivered the second cross-border capacity building programme to Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN) board members.

Niall and Aidan focused on frameworks for North South cooperation post EU exit and future funding.

The session involved significant discussion and questions and answers with board members.

Niall also gave an insightful ‘big picture’ presentation of global political, economic and technological trends and how they may impact on the border region in the next decade.
