Welcome to our series of online events that will explore issues relevant to the all-island labour market.
The series builds upon the experiences of the Centre’s long-established Border People project, and is prompted by recent publications, especially the All-Island Labour Market study.
At each event speakers will share their expertise across a range of topics, and the lived experiences encountered by cross-border employers and all-island workers will feature throughout.
Ultimately we hope that the events will foster solution-seeking discussions aimed at untapping latent opportunities in the region.

Thursday 17th April at 11.30am – 1pm, via Zoom.
During this, the second webinar in the series, Rose Tierney and John Lucas will focus on tax and pension complexities that arise from working, or employing workers, on a cross-border basis. Examples of cross-border solutions found in other border regions will also be briefly considered.
Target Audience:
These events are especially relevant to policy makers, however if you are a cross-border employer, remote worker, or part of a large organisation, the series will be of interest.
We hope you can join us.
Stay connected and stay informed.
