Registration is now open for the inaugural All-Island Stakeholder Forum on the topic of ‘Mobility across the island of Ireland after Brexit’.

The event will take place on Wednesday 11 June in hybrid format from the venue in Dundalk Institute of Technology.

The Forum is organised by the EU’s Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in collaboration with representative bodies from workers, employers and civil society organisations in both Ireland and Northern Ireland.

It is a unique opportunity to gather a wide range of stakeholders from across the island to share insights and expertise on this important and evolving topic.

The Forum will be in two parts:

(i) plenary sessions (09:30-13:30), followed by a networking lunch, and

(ii) breakout sessions (14:30-17:00).

The plenary sessions will offer expert updates and analysis on all-island mobility, including in services, tourism, trade and peacebuilding. The afternoon breakout sessions (in-person only) will be a chance to look in more depth at specific topics and for participants to share experience and insights.

Evidence from all the sessions will shape recommendations the EESC’s EU-UK Follow-Up Committee will offer to relevant bodies managing implementation of the Windsor Framework and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.

Participation is free of charge and open to individuals and all types of stakeholders with an interest in the topic.

Advance registration is essential (including for online participation) and will close on 3 June.
