The rights of EU27 citizens in the UK and UK citizens in the EU27: A response to Theresa May’s ‘fair and serious’ offer

The ‘New Europeans Citizenship Unit’ and the ‘Britain in Europe’ think tank are pleased to present their response to Theresa May’s ‘fair and serious’ offer. The report was written by Dr Dimitrios Giannoulopoulos, Brunel Law School and Dr. Ruvi Ziegler, Reading University and sets out the case for unilateral guarantees rather than reciicprocal agreements to secure the rights of EU citizens in the EU and UK citizens in the EU.
